In GLI we understand that in order to offer, or commercialize a product, we must know it in all of its facets, not only its strengths but also its weaknesses, so as to detect the unsatisfied requests by supporting the strength of the product and distinguishing from the competitors of said niche (Knowing as SWOT: Strengths, weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats)
2- MARKET ANALYSIS:
According to the collected information, we can determine the following items objectively:
* How many people look up monthly in Google the products that your company sells?
* Which terms and phrases are used to do the research?
* What market niches are currently out of goods?
* What are the local companies that are providing your products?
* How do other countries sell your products and which is their price range?
As the novelty in obtaining this information, we explain to our clients how we achieve to have them, so as they can check and create them by themselves in the future.
3- PROJECT VIABILITY:
Having studied and analyzed everything that was mentioned above, we will evaluate the project viability in order to determine whether the requirement can be provided by our supply, whether we comply with the financial requirements that the client suggests (i.e. date of deferred payment), whether it exists any legal customs prohibition as much in the exporter country as in the importer one, and to take into account every detail so as to concrete the international trade operation.

Throughout a newsletter we can deliver your products to millions of people and determine who read the email, and who enter your website for you to have more information.
B) Positioning of your company in the first places of Google:
Our system will let your advertising to be shown in the first places of Google when realizing a research referred to your products, and it will come to interested people in a direct and inexpensive way.
5- FORMAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PARTIES:
Once picked up the prospective client, we formally bind the parties to go on with the commercialization process. There are specific aspects that are generally suggested to be technically treated by qualified staff. In case this is not strictly necessary, GLI will afford all the necessary support to make the operation be a success.
6- EXPORT COMMERCIALIZATION:
Once every of the previous steps were agreed and both parties came to an agreement, GLI will take responsibility for the legal customs matters through its organization of international trade, customs broker, transports, insurances, so as to achieve the commercialization with success without neglecting the commercial relationship that is recently beginning.
